Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a hands-on, project delivery leader to execute capital engineering projects across manufacturing, packaging, and infrastructure. You will own end-to-end project execution with on-site presence at Coca-Cola facilities, managing multiple complex projects while driving urgency and accountability.

Travel is heavy (60–80%), with preference for residence near major airports in Dallas, St. Louis, or Chicago.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years’ experience in a related food and beverage field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and AutoCAD.
• Travel 60–80% to production locations; willingness to be near major airports.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle project execution from concept, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup through handoff.
• Drive on-site project leadership with strong field presence during critical phases.
• Manage multiple concurrent capital projects across a dynamic network.
• Maintain urgency, accountability, and delivery within budget and performance targets.
• Develop and control project scope, schedule, budget, cash flow; mitigate risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, ops, OEMs) for alignment and rapid decisions.
• Own project governance and reporting; provide visibility on status and risks.
• Ensure on-site execution standards: contractor management, safety, quality, commissioning readiness.
• Drive rapid problem-solving and escalation to maintain momentum.
