Vivmark Residential is seeking a Director of Capital Planning to lead a regional portfolio of capital projects in Northern California. You will oversee underwriting, design, execution, and performance reporting to maximize asset value and resident experience.

In this role you will manage a high‑performing team, partner with Asset Management, Investments, Design, Engineering, and Operations, and drive standardized processes across projects while communicating outcomes to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Accounting, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in capital projects, development, asset management, real estate investments, construction, or related disciplines
• 8+ years leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience within multifamily, residential, or commercial real estate environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through completion
