RUM Group Inc. seeks a Director of Capital Markets to shape and execute the company’s financing strategy across debt, equity, and structured instruments.

This senior role partners with finance leadership to ensure liquidity, scalable capital structures, and disciplined risk management. The ideal candidate will excel in modeling, deal execution, and executive communication, guiding transactions from analysis through closing while maintaining strong lender and investor relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related quantitative discipline.
• 8–12+ years in capital markets, treasury, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or related fields.
• Experience evaluating, structuring, negotiating, and executing debt, equity, or other financing transactions.
• Experience managing liquidity, debt facilities, capital structure, covenants, and lender reporting.
• Strong knowledge of capital-market instruments, financing structures, and risk management.
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, scenario planning, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex financing workstreams with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication skills for presenting to senior leaders and boards.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute capital-markets strategies aligned with growth and capital needs.
• Evaluate financing alternatives and recommend debt/equity/financing structures.
• Lead structuring, negotiation, diligence, and execution of financing transactions.
• Oversee liquidity planning, debt service, and covenant headroom; monitor market conditions.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, rating agencies, and legal advisors.
• Lead and develop the Capital Markets team and improve processes, models, and controls.
