Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience managing large programs.
• Proven success in cross-functional programs with executive visibility.
• Experience with PROLaunch processes and stage-gate governance.
• Experience in organizational change management and capital project execution.
• Experience leading greenfield and plant expansions.

Responsibilities

• Lead program governance, stage-gate processes, executive reviews, and launch readiness.
• Develop and oversee centralized portfolio management aligning priorities with resources.
• Define success metrics and ensure delivery on scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Manage large-scale manufacturing expansions and operation readiness programs.
• Coordinate across Supply Chain, Manufacturing Eng., Product Eng., Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Real Estate.
• Drive change management and communications for leadership and stakeholders.
