Qualifications

• Licensed Architect in the State of Tennessee required.
• Six years of experience as an architect or engineer.
• Experience with projects in governmental and higher education settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage/supervise the Facilities Architecture and Planning division.
• Perform the analysis of all real property transactions.
• Coordinate campus maintenance projects.
• Participate in the evaluation for selections of Architects/Engineers.

Skills

Knowledge of current applicable building codes
