You will advise and support day-to-day operations and financial success, ensuring contract adherence, health regulations, quality, freshness, and presentation. Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Five+ years of operational food service management experience.
• Knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, marketing, and presentation.
• Strong leadership abilities with staff supervision and development experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a dedication to quality.
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial reports.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be experienced with computers.
• ServSafe Certified.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hiring, training, and development of staff to uphold service excellence and food quality.
• Maintain client and customer happiness by meeting food quality and service standards.
• Prepare and complete daily, weekly, and financial reports including food and labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards for health and safety.
• Foster strong client relationships to align programs with objectives and drive retention.
• Perform other duties to support efficient dining service operations.
