Job summary

UNC Greensboro seeks a Director of Campus Enterprises to lead dining, bookstore, vending, and future partnerships. You will manage contracted auxiliary services, ensure contract terms are met, and drive self‑sustaining operations that support the campus community and university revenue targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
Master's degree or higher with 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
Experience overseeing contracted auxiliary services is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee development, operations, and facilities of auxiliary services such as dining, bookstore and vending.
Ensure contract terms are met and financial performance aligns with targets.
Develop operations and business plans for contracted auxiliaries.
Monitor revenue targets and minimize institutional risk.
Prepare reports, visualizations, and presentations to inform decisions.
Collaborate with internal customers and university committees; participate in leadership activities.
