Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area plus 10 years of relevant professional experience, or a Master’s degree plus 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position.
• Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategic plans to achieve long-term objectives for contracted auxiliary services.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
• Allocate resources, including staff, budget, and equipment, to optimize operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to guide auxiliary operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Promote internal and external collaboration.
