• 10+ years in wire and cable applications with 5+ years in a lead role.
• Applications support and/or product engineering in electrical industry.
• Mentoring and developing technical team members with goal setting.
• Experience across diverse industries and global markets.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: set engineering strategy for multiple markets.
• Team Leadership: guide a multidisciplinary team handling 25,000+ requests yearly.
• Voice of Customer: address field issues, ensure compliance, provide guidance.
• Customer-Centric Innovation: develop new products and services from challenges.
• Digital Tools & Solution Selling: push platform-based sales initiatives.
• Intellectual Property: drive innovation with IP counsel.
• Industry Leadership: participate in codes/standards organizations.
• Digital Transformation: expand online resources and data governance.
• Service Expansion: scale premium engineering services and consulting.
• Proposal & Bid Support: lead technical reviews for bids and government projects.
• Thought Leadership: publish content and showcase measurable value.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, channels.
• Brand Development: increase visibility through webinars, publications, PDH credits.
