Tomorrow Hire Llc. in Gilbert, AZ seeks a Director of Programs - C5ISR to lead the PMO across a portfolio of 8–15 defense programs, ensuring delivery meets cost, schedule, quality, and customer objectives while maintaining high program discipline.

The candidate will own portfolio P&L, drive profitability and operational performance, mentor Program Managers, manage risks, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to sustain growth through contracts, extensions, and new

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 10+ years leadership experience in defense, aerospace, homeland security, or government sectors.
• Experience leading a PMO and managing multiple programs through Program Managers.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and strong business acumen.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer relationship, and organizational skills.
• U.S. citizen eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Gilbert, AZ.
