Job summary

Neumo is seeking a Director, Business Operations who will report directly to the GM/EVP of the Public Admin BU to oversee initiatives across all Finance & Tax and Forms business areas within the BU. This position will guide initiatives to enhance company profitability and efficiencies.

The Director will be the principal liaison to facilitate timely execution of tasks and transformative actions to optimize operations while minimizing risk; to include assisting the BU in the development of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
• 10+ years in State and local SW Services implementation and Support.
• 5+ years leading end-to-end projects requiring strategic and creative thinking.

Responsibilities

• Partners with EVP/GM, Lines of Business and Finance leadership on revenue strategy and key initiatives to improve revenue growth.
• Implement objectives reflecting business goals and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes with high quality and consistency.
• Maintain a holistic view of operations and related technologies (Salesforce, CPQ, Replicon, ServiceNow).
• Facilitate successful implementation of new programs with defined, efficient launch processes.
• Drive continuous improvement across sales and revenue functions.
• Lead change management to secure leadership support for proposed changes.
• Define performance measurements and management programs to ensure sales success.
• Align reporting, training, and incentive programs with priorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
