Job summary
Metropolis Technologies is seeking a strategic Director, Business Development to own a regional territory (Atlanta) and drive net-new business with a focus on transforming parking and beyond through AI and computer vision.
You will lead complex, multi-threaded deals, build relationships with asset managers and real estate partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts for growth. A 4-day in-office requirement and a competitive base salary are provided.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development or sales.
- Experience selling to asset managers, ownership groups, or real estate partners.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in net-new, greenfield territories.
- Strong understanding of P&L and creative deal structuring.
- Data-literate with pipeline management and forecasting.
- Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle in the Atlanta region from prospecting to close.
- Identify and develop net-new opportunities through multiple channels.
- Lead client presentations and discovery sessions.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and legal to align efforts.
- Monitor pipeline development and sales performance metrics in CRM.
- Travel regionally to support clients and prospecting as needed.
