Job summary

You will lead cross-functional efforts across marketing, operations and legal, travel regionally, and contribute to a culture that values collaboration. Base salary ranges from $140,000 to $160,000 per year.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B sales or related roles.
- Experience selling to asset managers or real estate partners.
- Proven ability to create relationships and generate opportunities.
- Strong P&L understanding and deal structuring.
- Track record of meeting quota in net-new, greenfield territories.
- Skilled in managing complex, multi-threaded deals with negotiation and closing.
- Data-literate with experience in pipeline management and forecasting.
- Willingness to travel regionally; experience with AI/tools a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own full sales cycle in Charlotte region from prospecting to close.
- Identify and develop net-new opportunities through multiple lead gen channels.
- Use a consultative approach to translate pain points into proposals.
- Lead client presentations and discovery sessions.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and legal to align efforts.
- Monitor pipeline development and CRM metrics for continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
