Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops advanced card product knowledge for complex problems and longer-range projects.
• Supports building business cases and manages implementation to drive spend and balance growth.
• Monitors KPIs, identifies trends, and elevates issues to management.
• Leads coordination across IT, risk, operations, and other stakeholders for successful delivery.
• Ensures risk management principles are embedded and staff are trained.
