Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Consumer Card Product Director responsible for P&L across our credit card portfolio, shaping strategy, executing programs, and driving profitability.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Ops, evaluate product performance, and implement changes to maximize returns while meeting customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of credit card related oversight and experience.
• Experience working with other 3rd party credit card partners.

Responsibilities

• P&L responsibility for the Credit Card portfolio.
• Analyze the credit card portfolio to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to drive profitable growth.
• Review and modify credit card product features and benefits to maximize profitability and meet customer needs.
• Work with Marketing to communicate credit card products and improve portfolio metrics.
• Oversee all tasks related to new program development with key business partners.
• Evaluate product performance and adjust product or marketing strategy to optimize results.
• Ensure risk management, compliance and audit performance across areas of responsibility.
