Job summary

Happen Bank is seeking a Director for ECO Technology & Data to lead BSA/AML data, technology and analytics strategies across the program. You will partner with Compliance, Technology and Risk to deliver scalable, governable solutions and drive innovative automation.

You will oversee rule development, model governance, and cross‑functional implementations while remaining compliant with evolving regulations and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in banking/financial services with BSA/AML data expertise.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions and watchlist screening.
• Experience with Verafin, Bridger, Oscilar or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership of analytics functions and model governance.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced regulatory environments with rigor.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy for BSA/AML data, technology, analytics, and monitoring capabilities.
• Lead BSA/AML data and technology needs across Compliance, Technology, Risk, and other teams.
• Own performance and evolution of BSA/AML technology and issue resolution.
• Lead technology implementations for case investigations, monitoring, KYC, sanctions, and watchlists.
• Build and manage transaction monitoring rule development, analytics, and performance monitoring.
• Partner with Model Risk Management on governance, validation, and remediation.
