Location:

Remote – US (approved states include Arizona, California, Colorado, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Washington)

The Role

The Director of Brand Marketing develops and executes integrated, consumer-centric marketing strategies, leading cross-functional teams across marketing, PR, partnerships, and outreach within the region. This role ensures all activities align with a DTC-first approach to inspire consumers, expand into new categories, and drive business growth. Collaborating closely with the creative team, this leader champions creative excellence and partners with retail, eCommerce, wholesale, sports marketing, and media teams to deliver a cohesive brand story.

Your Impact
  • Integrated Marketing & Campaign Execution: Lead the development of compelling brand campaigns, oversee go-to-market planning, and manage the seasonal marketing calendar.
  • Creative Excellence: Collaborate with creative teams to foster innovation and reflect the brand’s identity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Retail, eCommerce, Media, PR, and Operations to ensure a unified brand narrative.
  • Performance & Optimization: Define KPIs, monitor campaign effectiveness, and stay ahead of market trends to position HOKA as a leader in performance and lifestyle markets.
Who You Are
  • Experienced in defining vision and strategy to meet brand and business objectives.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Skilled in managing budgets and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Track record of success in marketing, preferably within footwear or apparel industries.
  • Ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams across functions.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on consumer, digital, or brand marketing.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and executing large-scale campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
