Artex is seeking a Director, Benefits Advisory to guide strategic benefit programs for large clients in a hybrid role based in the United States. You will partner with client leadership to evaluate challenges, develop strategies, and drive results across onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.

You will lead discussions with HR and finance leaders, translate data into actionable insights, and advocate for client interests while building trusted partnerships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in client service or claims management.
• Licensing as required by regulatory bodies.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage existing client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on benefit strategy.
• Review client data, set savings targets, and align with client needs.
• Lead internal and client meetings to present recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and contract review.
