Artex is seeking a Director, Benefits Advisory to guide clients through complex healthcare and employee benefits decisions. You’ll partner with leadership teams to evaluate challenges, identify opportunities, and develop strategies aligning benefits with business goals and long-term financial plans.

This highly consultative role blends relationship management with strategic advisory, data-driven decision making, and client advocacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years client service, claims management, or related advisory experience.
• Licensing may be required depending on role.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Proficient with MS Office and technology to boost productivity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing client relationships and providing strategic advice.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships as a trusted advisor on benefit strategy, retention, and growth.
• Review client data, set savings targets, and align solutions with client needs.
• Lead presentations and discussions with senior decision makers.
• Coordinate onboarding, supplier implementation, and contract reviews.
• Translate complex market data into actionable insights for clients.
• Support long-term client retention and growth through proactive advisory.
