Telix Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Benefits to lead the strategic design, management, and administration of our comprehensive benefits programs. This role focuses on ensuring competitive, cost-effective offerings aligned with employee needs and company objectives, with vendor management and regulatory compliance at the forefront.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in benefits strategy, administration, and compliance.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with direct management responsibilities.
• Experience in multi-state or global benefits administration, preferably in biotechnology or life sciences.
• Strategic, analytical, and data‑driven approach to benefits management.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience developing and guiding a team.
• Expertise in compliance requirements and risk mitigation related to employee benefits.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.
• Proficiency in HRIS and benefits platforms.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a long-term benefits strategy that supports wellbeing, engagement, and retention.
• Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, and ongoing performance management.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, and state mandates.
• Oversee open enrollment planning, communication, and employee support.
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis of benefits programs.
• Design and implement benefits education initiatives and workshops.
