The role combines people leadership with deep product knowledge, focusing on maximizing customer value, expanding partnerships, and shaping scalable CS processes and playbooks. You will drive responsible AI adoption across mission-driven organizations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer success or related roles with 3+ years in front-line management and nonprofit experience.
• Proven ability to drive value realization and measurable customer outcomes with adoption models.
• Clear understanding of nonprofit operational realities (budgets, grants, governance) and impact metrics.
• Experience building CS processes, playbooks and KPI-driven programs.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of 4-8 Customer Success Managers supporting strategic nonprofit accounts.
• Serve as a player-coach by directly owning a few strategic accounts, driving outcomes for high-impact partnerships.
• Shape account strategies that nurture growth and deepen impact within nonprofit organizations.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to align on customer value.
• Coach team on best practices, change management, adoption, and expansion methodologies across our product suite.
• Join strategic customer engagements and escalations with executive presence across flagship partnerships.
• Help shape partner models to extend delivery capacity to more nonprofits.
• Build scalable CS processes, success planning, and sector playbooks.
