VHC Health seeks a Patient Care Director for the Behavioral Health Unit to oversee 24-hour nursing leadership and ensure high-quality patient care. You will develop goals, standards, and policies, organize the department, and guide staff to meet regulatory and medical staff guidelines.

Responsibilities include evaluating procedures, directing implementation, and ensuring adherence to Standards of Nursing Practice while aligning with the hospital's mission and vision.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Virginia or eligible state licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• BLS certification required; compact licensure where applicable.

• Oversee 24-hour management of the Behavioral Health Unit.
• Develop patient care goals, objectives, standards, policies, and procedures.
