Job summary

• Oversee development and implementation of individualized behavior support plans.
• Provide leadership around complex and high-acuity behavioral cases.
• Support crisis prevention, intervention, stabilization, and risk assessment.
• Develop clinical training and ensure staff can effectively implement behavioral plans.
• Partner with operations, medical, and other interdisciplinary leaders.
• Monitor clinical quality, documentation, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in audits, licensing reviews, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Support Medicaid documentation and reimbursement requirements.
• Help develop and expand clinical programs.
