Jobot is partnering with a well-established ABA organization to hire aClinical Director (BCBA) for a center-based setting in Georgia. This leadership role emphasizes clinical quality, staff development, and onsite collaboration to drive meaningful outcomes for children and families.

You will oversee the clinical and operational performance of the center, coach BCBAs and RBTs, and ensure treatment plans reflect best practices while fostering a supportive, mentorship-driven culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and oversee the clinical and operational performance of a center
• Manage and develop a team of BCBAs and RBTs
• Ensure treatment plans meet best practice standards and drive meaningful outcomes
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support long‑term progress
• Coach and mentor clinicians to elevate performance and clinical quality

What We’re Looking For:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Minimum of 3+ years of BCBA experience in a center‑based setting
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to step into a leadership role
• Strong clinical foundation across skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Passion for mentorship, team development, and high‑quality care
