The Campbell’s Company in Ashland, OH is seeking an Associate Director, Site Operations to oversee a 120+ person Pepperidge Farms and Archway cookies bakery. You will lead daily plant operations across departments, drive safety, quality, maintenance, cost control, and employee engagement while partnering with internal and external customers and suppliers.

You'll transform the site into a high‑performing team‑based operation, set clear goals, develop talent, and champion continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Requires HS Diploma and 5+ years leading teams in manufacturing.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily plant operations through direct reports.
• Ensure safety, quality, maintenance, cost, and employee engagement objectives.
• Align goals with the organization’s vision and drive flawless execution.
• Develop talent and foster a high-performance culture.
• Lead long-term strategic plans for plant operations.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with partners across the business.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvements.
• Monitor KPIs including labor, budget, and total delivered cost; implement action plans.
