This executive role requires deep aviation MRO expertise, strategic transformation, and strong stakeholder collaboration across maintenance, labor, and partner organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent experience/training.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safety-first culture and ensure FAA/OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance.
• Cultivate collaborative labor-management relationships with union leadership.
• Oversee operating and capital budgets, forecasting, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Direct daily operational activities to support safe and reliable airline operations.
• Foster strong relationships across workgroups and partner teams for alignment.
• Evaluate and improve processes to boost efficiency, quality and service.
• Champion innovation in workflows, technology and workforce strategy.
• Maintain open communication with frontline teams, leaders and partners.
