Qualifications

• 12+ overall years of product management experience.
• 5+ years in a senior or director-level PM role.
• Deep understanding of autonomous driving development workflows.
• Hands-on familiarity with neural reconstruction, 3D Gaussian Splatting, or sensor simulation techniques.
• Ability to build multi-year product strategy in a fast-moving environment.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience building developer or enterprise platform products.
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term product vision and roadmap for NVIDIA's AV simulation platform.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from requirements through engineering execution and customer adoption.
• Build partnerships with OEMs, robotaxi operators, and AV software developers.
• Translate fleet data workflows and policy evaluation needs into executable product requirements.
• Establish and track metrics to guide prioritization and communicate progress to executives.
• Lead and grow a PM team focused on AV simulation and developer programs.
