Shield AI is seeking an engineering leader to head the Hivemind Integration & Test team. You will guide integration, validation, and scaling of the Hivemind platform across simulation and hardware-in-the-loop environments, ensuring mission-ready autonomy.

You will work hands-on with the SDK, identify customer gaps, and drive platform improvements while collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Program teams to deliver robust, world-class autonomous systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Comp Eng/Robotics or related field with strong fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python or C++ and software development experience.
• Experience with autonomous systems or middleware and integration workflows.

Mansioni

• Lead software integration engineers across SIL, HIL, and flight environments.
• Drive integration roadmaps, release schedules, and engineering execution.
• Mentor team, improve developer experience, and collaborate with product teams.
