Cardinal Health is seeking a practical, business‑oriented healthcare attorney to serve as Director, Assistant General Counsel, At‑Home Solutions. You will support a growing portfolio including DMEPOS, At‑Home, and VeloCare, shaping legal strategy during acquisitions, integrations, and ongoing operations across the portfolio.

The role requires strong legal fundamentals, commercial contracting expertise, and the ability to provide clear options and recommendations to move the business forward with

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of healthcare legal experience preferred, with exposure to DMEPOS or related regulated healthcare businesses.
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide practical legal guidance with business impact.

Responsabilidades

• Provide primary commercial legal partnership for At-Home Solutions and related entities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements (customer, supplier, technology, distribution, etc.).
• Identify key issues, communicate risks clearly, and offer actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Develop guardrails, templates, and playbooks to scale legal support across evolving business models.
• Lead programmatic improvements in legal operations and leverage technology to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with Privacy, Compliance, Marketing, Operations, Sourcing, and other partners.
