Cardinal Health is seeking a practical, business-oriented healthcare attorney to serve as Director, Assistant General Counsel, At-Home Solutions. This role supports a large, growing healthcare business across DMEPOS, At-Home, and VeloCare, shaping legal support during acquisitions and integration.

The successful candidate will combine strong legal fundamentals with business practicality, adaptability, and the ability to provide clear options and recommendations fast.

Competenze

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction is required.
• 10+ years of healthcare legal experience preferred.
• Strong commercial contracting experience across complex agreements.
• Ability to understand new business models and evolving priorities.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with practical judgment.
• Balance competing priorities across growing and integrating businesses.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Serve as primary commercial legal partner for At-Home Solutions with risk-based, business-oriented advice.
• Draft, review, and negotiate customer, supplier, vendor, and strategic agreements.
• Identify material issues, communicate risks, and recommend actions.
