Qualifications

• MD or DO with 10+ years in medical education, clinical practice, or healthcare administration.
• ABIM board certification in internal medicine and/or subspecialty, with active MOC participation.
• Proven leadership experience in medical education, clinical practice, or healthcare administration.
• Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment and discretion handling sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Strategically develop and govern assessment integrity policies across ABIM.
• Oversee investigations into suspected misconduct using forensic and psychometric data.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks to assessment integrity and advise leadership.
• Collaborate with psychometric and assessment security experts to translate findings into action.
• Communicate processes, findings, and outcomes to candidates, diplomates, and internal stakeholders.
