Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Director of Business Development to identify and pursue ASCs de novo developments and acquisitions. You will evaluate opportunities, build physician relationships, and coordinate with SVG leadership to shape deal structures and proposals.

The role requires strong financial modeling, presentation skills, and healthcare market expertise, with significant travel and interaction across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or work experience in lieu of degree.
• 7–10 years of professional experience in healthcare or related field.
• Experience with ambulatory surgery centers or similar facilities is a plus.
• Ability to present to physicians and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue ASC acquisition and de novo development opportunities in key markets.
• Build relationships with physicians and management to negotiate LOIs.
• Prepare pro forma financials and valuation models for development projects.
• Collaborate with SVG leadership and corporate teams on transaction strategies.
• Travel up to 60% as needed.
