Job summary

AIM Consulting seeks a Director, Applied AI Solutions based in Bellevue, WA, to drive growth across Seattle and Denver markets. The role blends digital product engineering, data modernization, analytics, automation and applied AI, shaping revenue opportunities and credible client conversations.

You will lead discovery, define roadmaps, collaborate with market leaders, and develop repeatable offering plays connecting AIM capabilities to urgent client problems. Travel to Denver will be occasional.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital product engineering, data and analytics, or related fields.
• Proven ability to support revenue generation through discovery, solution shaping, and delivery.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and platform engineering.
• Hands-on or leadership experience with applied AI, generative AI, copilots, and AI-driven delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify, shape, and close opportunities across modernization, data, analytics, and AI-enabled work.
• Lead discovery workshops, executive briefings, and proposal development.
• Translate client needs into practical roadmaps and phased delivery plans.
• Develop repeatable AIM offerings that connect capabilities to client problems.
• Guide clients on governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
