Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. seeks a Director to lead two security teams focused on secure software development and cloud security. You will educate, test, and consult across the SDLC, advancing a mature AppSec program at scale for 2,000+ applications.

You will recruit top talent, drive metrics, and collaborate with engineering to embed secure design principles from the start, leveraging cutting-edge tooling and AI‑assisted security capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related discipline is required.
• Hands-on AI experience in the AppSec space is required.
• Strong software engineering experience in Java, C++, Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead two teams responsible for secure software development and cloud security.
• Educate, test continuously, and consult with development teams.
• Recruit, retain, and motivate staff while balancing task allocation and growth.
• Run an enterprise AppSec program at scale for 2,000+ applications and many developers.
• Own AppSec policy updates, security design early in SDLC, and tooling.
