Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a Director to lead two teams responsible for securing software development and cloud security through education, testing, and consultation.

You will recruit and coach staff, scale the AppSec program for 2,000+ applications, and advance AI-enabled security tooling across the SDLC. The role partners with development and cloud teams to embed secure design from the start.

Qualifications

• Hands-on or program-level experience applying AI in the AppSec space.
• Software engineering experience in Java, C++, Python, and/or related languages.
• Hands-on experience with information security and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead two teams to assure secure software development and cloud security.
• Educate and motivate development teams on vulnerabilities and risk.
• Improve and execute an education, testing, and remediation methodology.
• Recruit, retain, and grow talent within the AppSec teams.
• Manage enterprise AppSec program at scale for 2,000+ applications.
• Coach leaders and develop newer leadership hires.
• Advance AI-enabled security tooling and secure coding practices.
• Oversee Bug Bounty program and responsible disclosure.
