Job summary

JLL is seeking a strategic leader to drive the API Management Platform strategy and operations, overseeing Azure APIM and cloud infrastructure. You will guide engineers, collaborate with product teams, and ensure security, reliability, and scalability of the platform across enterprise environments.

You will manage stakeholders globally, shape the technical roadmap, and mentor DevOps and IT staff while aligning with organizational goals.

Qualifications

12+ years IT experience.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, MIS, or equivalent.
Leadership experience: 4+ years managing engineering teams and vendors.
Deep expertise managing Microsoft Azure infrastructure and APIM deployments.
Experience with ERP/CRM/IAM tools (Salesforce, SAP, Okta, Jira).
Strong communication and ability to present roadmaps to executives.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders globally.
Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing.

Responsibilities

Direct API Management governance, integration, and security across enterprise endpoints (Azure APIM).
Prioritize platform features with product tech leads; participate in design, coding, testing.
Lead roll-out, maintenance, and upgrades of enterprise software solutions.
Enforce security, IAM, data protection, and disaster recovery plans.
Establish real-time monitoring workflows to maintain uptime and latency targets.
Set technical standards and patterns; align with enterprise architecture.
Mentor DevOps engineers, admins, and IT leads; develop talent pipeline.
Translate business requirements into technical designs and roadmaps.
Provide ongoing support for in-house applications.
