The position is full-time, grant-funded, in-person with some remote work possible; travel is required, including out-of-state. A Bachelor's degree is required; five+ years of procurement/program management experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Five+ years in government/private-sector purchasing/procurement or related field.
• Knowledge of FAR and government contracting/subcontracting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Accelerator's Program Director and liaison to DoW OSBP.
• Lead day-to-day operations, planning, and execution aligned with OSBP priorities.
• Oversee staff recruitment, supervision, and performance.
• Ensure data integrity for DoW reporting and website management.
• Manage program budget, cost-share, and compliance reporting.
• Drive outreach and partnerships with government and industry.
• Plan procurement expos, workshops, and webinars.
