Qualifications

• 10+ years of feature animation production experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience transitioning major CG animated features.
• Expert-level financial modeling skills.
• Hands-on experience with modern 3D/CG pipelines.
• Exceptional relationship management and consensus building.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the operational strategy for animated features.
• Manage a fast-moving portfolio of 15+ concurrent projects.
• Communicate milestones and project updates to senior leadership.
• Mentor and guide the Development Production team.
• Oversee budgeting and cost reporting.
