Job summary

Pernod Ricard USA is seeking a strategic analytics leader to own the marketing measurement roadmap, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), coordinating global and local teams. You will translate data into actionable insights that drive decisions and influence senior stakeholders.

As a leader, you will partner with executives to optimize portfolio investment and brand performance, while building scalable analytics capabilities and fostering cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in analytics, data science, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of analytics experience, including hands‑on Marketing Mix Modeling and marketing/financial data.
  • Proven track record of driving change and translating analytics insights into measurable business impact.
  • Experience leading teams and collaborating across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, data infrastructure, or programming concepts.
  • Experience working in global organizations; media or consumer goods industry experience preferred.

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing measurement roadmap, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), ensuring alignment across global and local teams.
  • Introduce innovative analytics tools, partnerships, and methodologies to advance measurement capabilities and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Partner with senior leadership to optimize portfolio investment strategies and guide brand performance decisions using data-driven insights.
  • Build and scale sustainable analytics solutions by transitioning pilot programs into standardized, organization-wide tools.
  • Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to address data gaps, improve processes, and enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to integrate multiple data sources and perspectives into cohesive measurement frameworks.
  • Lead and develop talent while fostering strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job description

The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $171,800.00 to $214,800.00. Base salaries are determined during the interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
