• Experience leading analytics engineering teams
• Experience with data models, pipelines, and BI tooling
• Experience in regulated or pharma/biotech or medical device space

Responsibilities

• Lead 6–10 engineers (and eventual managers) on the Analytics Systems Team
• Own product direction and discovery for Analytics Systems
• Maintain high bars for engineering quality, productivity, and accountability
• Scope and prioritize weekly work in coordination with other teams
• Manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
• Drive a forward-looking strategic vision for analytics in Life Science and diagnostics
