Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in Product Management focusing on data and analytics.
• Deep healthcare analytics experience (payer/provider).
• Strong data fluency including KPI design and analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the Analytics Product roadmap, dashboards, and data products.
• Translate client and market needs into productized analytics solutions.
• Define requirements across KPIs, data models, and user experience.
• Lead Analytics Product Owners and ensure delivery excellence.
• Define and track KPIs tied to client outcomes and ROI.
