Job summary

Cadence, a leader in electronic systems design, seeks a Director of Product Management for its Custom & PCB Group. You will own strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and go-to-market for an analog design product line, engaging senior designers and aligning R&D, sales, and marketing to drive adoption across strategic accounts.

The role requires genuine analog credibility, high-level leadership, and the ability to translate deep customer insight into a compelling product and revenue plan.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on analog/mixed-signal circuit design understanding and challenges.
• Ability to influence senior analog designers and cross-functional teams.
• 10+ years in semiconductor/EDA with 5+ years in product ownership or PM/PMM.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the analog design product line.
• Lead go-to-market, messaging, and technical value narrative aligned with senior design teams.
• Drive adoption and revenue through strategic engagements and market insights.
• Lead cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, and marketing to execute the plan.
• Define packaging, pricing, and licensing concepts in partnership with commercial teams.
