Day & Zimmermann is seeking a senior leader to direct the Ammunition and Demil Directorate at the Hawthorne Army Depot, NV. The role covers resource recovery, demilitarization, and environment, with responsibility for operations, planning, and compliance.

You will oversee daily management of personnel and assets, ensuring safety, environmental stewardship, and adherence to federal and state guidelines while reporting to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Director-level leadership experience with delegation.
• Understanding of budget management (direct and indirect).
• Knowledge of strategic planning for munitions and support services.
• Familiarity with ethics, diversity, and governance programs.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute operations at Hawthorne Army Depot and Day & Zimmermann, Nevada, LLC.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and safety standards.
• Provide oversight and leadership within Defense Industry Initiative guidelines.
• Manage resources and budget responsibilities (P&L) for Operations.
• Report to General Manager and implement strategic directives.
