The ideal candidate will have significant experience in compliance, with deep knowledge of regulatory requirements. Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk roles within financial services, fintech, or payments.
• Deep understanding of U.S. and Canadian regulatory requirements including AML, OFAC, and RPAA.
• Proven experience building or enhancing compliance programs from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Serve as MLRO for PayCargo Canada, managing AML and sanctions programs.
• Enhance AML and sanctions programs through improved risk-based due diligence.
• Partner with the VP, Global Compliance to harmonize AML controls across jurisdictions.
