Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge and command of financial analysis, strategic planning, operations, HR and information systems.
• Ability to collect, analyze and apply data to develop short and long term goals and budget needs.
• Ability to work independently and to motivate and develop staff.
• Work closely with physicians, other providers and Wellstar Administration to establish and meet strategic practice goals.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance practice services and revenue.
• Consistently demonstrates leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic, operational, and administrative leadership for a division of ambulatory physician practices.
• Acts as the administrative leader in a dyad partnership with physician leadership for clinical, operational, financial, and growth outcomes.
• Sets divisional goals and performance expectations aligned with priorities.
• Leads operational leaders to ensure execution of initiatives and standards.
• Drives operational excellence through standardization and continuous improvement.
• Collaborates with physicians, hospital leadership and service lines to promote collaboration and divisional objectives.
• Monitors and improves access, capacity, productivity, and scheduling across sites.
• Oversees growth initiatives, new providers, programs and workflows.
• Partners with Finance and HR to optimize financial and workforce performance.
