Job summary

Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio seeks a Director of Alumni Relations, Community and Family Engagement to build enduring relationships with alumni, families and the broader community. You will lead planning, events, communications, and donor engagement in collaboration with campus leadership.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and a commitment to university mission, diversity, and service. Evening/weekend events and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Must possess outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in higher education or nonprofit learning environments preferred.
• Five to seven years in alumni relations, fundraising, or community/family engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategic plan for alumni relations and engagement.
• Oversee budgeting, programming, and assessment of engagement metrics.
• Collaborate across divisions to create events and family engagement opportunities.
• Manage communications and branding with Marketing to inform constituents.
