Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation seeks a Director of Alternative Investments and Structured Products Offer Management to lead expansion of alts and structured products for third-party RIA custody and end clients. You will define the strategic roadmap, partner with internal and external teams, and drive initiatives to scale capabilities for advisors and their clients.

The role requires deep experience in investment products, strategic execution, and strong collaboration across lines of business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading major initiatives in financial services – consulting, product management or internal strategy functions.
• Led or managed multi-discipline teams to meet changing business challenges and build talent
• Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder relationship-building at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the strategic roadmap to expand alts and structured products for third-party RIA custody and end clients.
• Collaborate with product leaders, research partners, Investor Services, Operations, Technology, Legal and Compliance to align priorities.
• Partner with asset managers and fintechs to support Advisor Services business and client outcomes.
