Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Director, Alts and Structured Products Offer Management within the SIPSS IOS group in Jersey City. You will lead high-impact efforts to expand third-party RIA custody and client product access, guiding the strategic roadmap for alts and structured products.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading major initiatives in financial services (consulting, product management and/or internal strategy functions).
• Led or managed highly performing, multi-discipline teams to meet changing business challenges, developing a deep talent bench.
• 10+ years investment product or project management experience, supporting Alternative Investments.
• 3+ years in strategy consulting or product/offer management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Lead high-impact efforts to expand products and capabilities for third-party RIA custody and end clients via Advisor Services Business.
• Define and deliver the strategic roadmap to improve alts and structured products capabilities for advisors and clients.
• Partner with internal leaders and external asset managers/fintechs to ensure strategic alignment and progress on priorities.
• Drive initiatives and financial services broadly – with a focus on Alternative Investments.
