Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks a Director of Alts and Structured Products Offer Management within the SIPSS/IOS framework. This role leads transformative initiatives to expand third-party RIA custody products and marketplaces, shaping the strategic roadmap for alternative investments and working with asset managers and fintech partners.

The position requires a track record of driving complex initiatives, strong stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of alternative investments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading major initiatives in financial services - consulting, product management and/or internal strategy functions.
• Led or managed highly performing, multi-discipline teams to meet changing business challenges.
• Strong leadership, influencing and motivating skills; proven success in building credibility and strong relationships with peers and stakeholders.
• 10+ years investment product or project management experience, supporting Alternative Investments.
• 3+ years in strategy consulting or product/offer management.
• MBA and/or equivalent post-MBA level experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the strategic roadmap for alts and structured products.
• Partner with internal and external teams to align on priorities and execution.
• Support RIA custody and third-party client initiatives.
