Job summary

Contour is seeking a highly analytical Director of Commercial Planning to lead network planning, forecasting, and growth evaluation. You will drive route profitability, evaluate new markets, and align schedules with fleet and operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Aviation, Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Analytics.
5+ years of experience in airline network planning, commercial planning, revenue management, strategy, finance, or related analytics.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analytical capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for executives.

Responsibilities

Lead evaluation, development, and optimization of Contour’s route network and aircraft deployment.
Identify new market opportunities using demand, fares, competition, and financial data.
Develop route-level business cases with revenue forecasts and cost estimates.
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to implement network changes.
